DRGF-Serie<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Dosenf\u00fcll- und Verschlie\u00dfmaschine<\/b><\/strong>\u00a02 in 1<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Die Maschine ist ein Ger\u00e4t, das auf der Grundlage von inl\u00e4ndischen und internationalen (nicht kohlens\u00e4urehaltigen) Pop-Dosen-F\u00fcll- und Verschlie\u00dfmaschinen (Verschlie\u00dfmaschinen) entwickelt wurde. Es \u00fcbernimmt das Normaldruck-F\u00fcllprinzip. Nachdem es das W\u00e4hlrad passiert hat, gelangt die leere Dose in die Hubdosen-St\u00fctzscheibe, und das F\u00fcllventil wird auf die leere Dose ausgerichtet, die zum Verschlie\u00dfen angehoben wird. W\u00e4hrenddessen wird der Ventilanschluss des F\u00fcllventils automatisch ge\u00f6ffnet. Dabei wird die F\u00fclldose \u00fcber die Hakenkette zum Verschlie\u00dfmaschinenkopf bef\u00f6rdert. Der Deckel wird auf den Dosenmund geschoben, indem der Deckel angehoben wird, der Presskopf auf den Dosenmund dr\u00fcckt, das Siegelrad die Vorversiegelung und dann die eigentliche Versiegelung durchf\u00fchrt. Nach dem Verschlie\u00dfen wird die Dose durch den Schlagkopf des Deckelschlagmechanismus herausgedr\u00fcckt und beginnt dann mit dem Dosenentleerungsvorgang.<\/p>

Die Maschine verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine SPS, einen Frequenzumrichter und ein Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen-Steuerungssystem mit fortschrittlichen Steuerungstechnologien wie Frequenzsteuerung. Nein, keine F\u00fcllung und so weiter. Die genaue Produktionsrate und -menge wird \u00fcber die verschiedenen Sensoren an der Maschine auf dem Touchscreen angezeigt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann die Produktionsrate am Touchscreen eingestellt werden. Der Hauptmotor und andere elektrische Ger\u00e4te sind alle im Schutzzustand. Mittlerweile lassen sich alle St\u00f6rungen leicht feststellen, da sie auf dem Touchscreen angezeigt werden. Die wichtigsten elektrischen und pneumatischen Komponenten der Maschine sind bekannte Importmarken und k\u00f6nnen je nach Kundenwunsch entsorgt werden.<\/p>
