Ordinary film charter has a synchronous electronic gear, the electronic cam servo control system has long replaced the cumbersome mechanical cam mechanism, it is relatively easy to achieve the synchronization relationship between moving objects according to the designer’s requirements. Several motion mechanisms of the film wrapping machine use the servo motor as the driving shaft to complete the task from feeding the bottle to feeding the paper to sending the film. The main drive using one servo motor will be used as the synchronization target for several other axes, and all angular phase relationships will depend on the main drive motor.

1 – Unwinding of film reels by motorized holders.
2 – Film reel support located outside the machine.
3 – The unwinding of the film between anti-static bars and feeding towards the injection table.
4 – To simplify reel changeovers, the end of the used film is spliced with the start of the film on the next reel by a thermal sealing bar.
