1t~100t/h Water Treatment Production Line — Pretreatment
Quartz Sand Filter: A kind of sealed container with built-in sand filter made up of 1Cr18NiTi stainless steel. The untreated liquid is only allowed to pass through the filter stick to achieve the objective of clarifying. Able to be applied in petroleum industry, pharmacy industry, brew manufacturing industry, beverage industry, etc., it is the ideal equipment to make excellent water.
Water Purifier: Suitable for the purification of the drinking water and able to remove the heterochrosis, peculiar smell, metallic materials (mercury, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, chrome, etc.) and high polymer compounds (hydride, sulfide, residual chlorine, etc.), it is the ideal water purifying equipment in drinking water, food, beverage, pharmacy and chemical industries.
Sodium Ion Exchanger: Applied to reduce the water hardness. The raw water is softened through the exchanger; the magnesium, calcium and positive ion are exchanged with the sodium ion in the water exchanging agent; then the raw water will be softened as soft water with a little of calcium, magnesium and salt which can be used as boiler feed water and industrial water. As the sodium ion has solubility in the water, it will not form a hard scale and will be easily removed. The water in sodium ion exchanger shall be clarified and filtered and there will be no suspended matter. After softening through the exchanger, the water has a residual hardness no more than 0.03mg/l.
Hollow Fiber Filter
The filter is the dissymmetrical semi-permeable film made from polymer material with special process. The raw liquid flows inside or outside the film under the pressure. The polymer materials and colloid particles are prevented on the film surface and brought away by circulating raw liquid. Then the raw liquid becomes concentrated liquid, thus achieving the objectives of separation, concentration and purification.
This is a device desalinizing and purifying the salt water by semi-permeable film adopting the pressure differential. It has the reverse direction of natural osmosis, thus being called as reverse osmosis or inverse osmosis. According to the osmosis pressures of different materials, the reverse osmosis with higher osmosis pressure can be adopted to achieve the objectives of separation, extraction, purification and concentration.
The reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of the soluble salt and above 99% of the colloid, microorganism, particles and organic materials, becoming the best first-choice equipment in the engineering of modern purified water, highly purified water and space water (super-purified water). A. Description:
RO water treatment, the raw water is tap water, first goes by pre-treatment, then by RO treatment. Through those treatments, can remove dissolving salt 99% and harmful materials, like particle, colloid, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses and heat source, etc. The system salt rejection rate gets 96-98%, outlet water conductivity gets ≤ 10μ S/cm² .

Ozone Sterilizer
The device is special for producing ozone. The ozone with the molecular formula of O2 has an allotrope of oxygen atom. As a kind of strong oxidant, O2 has a function of sterilization. It is expansively applied for the sterilization of the mineral water and purified water, especially for the treatment of the biologically poisonous and difficultly degradable pollutants and the improvement of biological activity.
UV Sterilizer
This is a closed cabinet device made up of sterilizer drum, electronic control and cabinet body.
The sterilizer drum is made of excellent stainless steel which has a high reflection rate of the UV and produces no pollution during its use, complying with the sanitation requirements of food industry. Inside the drum are UV lamp and quartz glass tube; the whole drum is just a sealed container bearing the internal pressure; the drum body with an inlet and an outlet are furnished with stainless steel tube joints, and both ends have sealed rolls and gland flanges.
The electrical control system is installed according to the working principle of UV lamps. Besides it has alarm and signal light as well as voltmeter, UV lamp and DK-34 sterilizer, that is, two groups of UV lamps can be used in order to expand the processing flow.
